Witekio is headquartered in Lyon and has five office locations across four countries, including USA, UK, France, and Germany. Seattle office has managed more than 150 customers for last 10 years.

 

After a significant growth period driven by a high demand of product companies, our US Office now need to consolidate its position on the US market, both with our customers, and with our mother company that have a strong footprint in the territory.

Targeting to represent 50% of Witekio’s business worldwide, the key challenges are to align the engineering team skills with the sales strategy, continue to move the office from premium expertise to complete software development projects, and better organize our production with hybrid team in the US and Europe.

 

To help achieve these goals, we are looking for an experienced Director of Professional Services who is open to motivating and bringing a highly skilled team to the next level while providing an excellent level of service to our customers.

 

You are nimble but thorough, focused on continuous improvement, and passionate about a high-tech environment. Highly organized, you have a solid ability to grow a team with experience in global software development projects and a strong customer service focus.

 

The ideal candidate is passionate about people, curious about technology, and the use of technology services. You prefer to work in an environment that emphasizes ownership, collaboration, learning, curiosity and you have a drive to always improve oneself / the team / the organization. You love to problem solve, get hands-on, experiment and measure.

 

This is a local role, as you will need to be in the office at least 3 days per week.

Local applicants or those willing to relocate will be needed.

The salary range for this role is $175,000.00 -$195,000.00

 

In this role, you will:

  • Inspire, coach, and lead the US Witekian team (currently 30)
  • Resource planning and overall monitoring of customer project activities in collaboration with your Team Leads
  • Be responsible for the office billability in alignment with the company’s global business plan
  • Oversight of the team growth and skillset management
  • Coordinate actions with our local support team (Admin, Sales, and HR) to provide a positive, inclusive and efficient working environment for all team members
  • Support and develop the team leaders to help create high-performing teams
  • Be an active part of the Witekio management committee and collaborate with other leaders in the organization
  • Working closely with the Quality Manager to ensure processes and workflow conformity to ISO certifications, as well as end-customer quality

 

Your background:

  • 5 years of experience in the technical field
  • 3 years of related leadership experience, budgeting, and reporting preferred
  • Outstanding communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to create a great team culture with open communication
  • Ability to build trust by inspiring and motivating your team
  • Excellent negotiation and client communication skills
  • Thorough, organized, able to multitask and manage priorities (essential vs urgent),
  • Experience in multiple project management methodologies (scrum, agile, waterfall),
  • Experience in managing an engineering team, both local and remote
